Heron Talent Management Sdn. Bhd. started as a boutique and exclusive insurance agency operated and managed by qualified insurance practitioners with many years of experience in the insurance industry as insurance brokers, advisors, and consultants.

Recently, Heron Talent Management changed its business focus to managing talent development by assisting industry players to enhance and upskill the talent pool by offering industry specific professional development programmes and consequently in identifying and deploying credible and suitable qualified individuals.

Our objective is to grow internationally qualified talent pool and identify talent requirements of recognized and reputable insurance carriers.

Our extensive market knowledge, expertise, network, interaction in the industry enables us to close the talent gap, enhance the quality of the talent pool and ensure potential talent meets the industry requirements that are relevant. The talent pool core competencies must be capable to optimise current and emerging trends and the ways in which the industry players can continue to effectively evolve.

Heron Talent Management was formed and commenced operations in early 2004 to provide professional insurance services and products and, most significantly, to support successful customers.

We have business relationships with all the major insurance industry players and educational bodies particularly in the Malaysian marketplace and also in the region and particularly the insurance carriers, reinsurance and insurance intermediaries.

We are also the official distributor of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) of the United Kingdom, a premier professional body for the global financial services profession, by providing and facilitating the CII qualification programmes to the industry.
